Delivery Information

The products you have purchased will be shipped within five (5) business days from the date of the order. In case the specified address is incorrect, the shipment will be sent to the nearest branch. Packages not collected from the branch will be returned to our company within seven (7) days. In this case, the remaining amount, after deducting an additional 25% of the shipping cost from the order total, will be transferred to your account. This process takes an average of two (2) days for wire transfers and between 2-6 weeks for credit cards. Our company has no discretion over these timeframes, and the responsibility lies with the relevant bank.
