Returns and Exchanges

Every product you purchase is under the guarantee of its manufacturer.

You may return the product you have purchased in its original condition as received, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the packaging has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with, and the product has not been used. Please return the product along with the invoice and a petition or return form including your order number.

Please open and check packages you suspect are damaged during shipment in the presence of the courier company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the package and have a report drawn up by the courier company. Please note that once the product is accepted, you acknowledge that the courier company has fulfilled its duty completely.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered are not accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as it was delivered and to compensate for any loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use, if applicable.

In the event that the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches our company. Refunds to credit cards are processed by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no control over this period. In such cases, you should contact your bank's credit card customer service. Once the “Cancelled” notification appears for your order, the full amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank account from which you made the transfer. For installment sales, refunds are reflected on your credit card by your bank as a positive balance each month.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, usage, or other similar conditions are detected in the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.
